After an initial one-hour consultation session we get an overview of the project in order to create a development proposal. Submission of this form is required prior to the consultation session. Once client accepts the presented proposal, a service agreement is signed by both parties. |

The design is implemented into Web browser compliant programming languages and techniques such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Interface usability and features are tested and refined. |

The interface is integrated to incorporate the entire site. The content, database connectivity, and forms are added at this phase. Tools such as GoLive, XEmacs, iPlanet are used for deployment. |
